Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel in two clicks; Plus runs to the end of the period you paid for.
Why is it priced by how often it checks?
Reading a page once is cheap, so it's free. Checking busy shops every few minutes all day isn't. So the free plan checks daily, Plus every 2 hours, Pro every hour, and fast watches every 5 minutes.
How does Passport count?
Each country is one read. On Free you can compare 2 countries at a time, on Plus 6 and on Pro 12. Plus and Pro watches can check a price or a page from any country.
Why are videos with captions free at any length?
Reading the captions a video already has costs us almost nothing, so it's free on every plan. Transcribing the audio ourselves costs more, so that part has a monthly limit.
What's the difference between Plus and Pro?
Plus covers one person's everyday reads, watches and alerts. Pro is for creators, sellers and teams: hourly checks, 25 fast watches, 12 countries at a time, Monday reports on 25 accounts, five seats and the cheapest top-ups.
How do top-ups work?
Run out of something? Add more reads, transcript hours, watches or fast watches at any time, on any plan. Each top-up costs $5 on Free, $3 on Plus and $2 on Pro.
What counts as a read?
Each time your AI asks Puley to read something, and each country in a Passport comparison. Everyday use on Plus is covered by fair use, and we'll tell you long before you get near a limit.
Can I get Plus free?
Yes, a month at a time: invite a friend and you get a free month when they subscribe. Their first month is free too.
Do you put ads or affiliate links in my AI's answers?
No. Your AI's answers stay yours. You pay for Puley on this site and that's the whole business.
Which currencies and countries?
Prices are in US dollars and Puley works worldwide. Tax is added at checkout where it applies.
