Refunds and cancellations
For help with a Puley payment, email [email protected]. Include your account email, the payment reference or receipt, and what went wrong. Never send your full card details.
Requesting a refund
Request help as soon as you notice a problem, including a duplicate charge, an unexpected renewal or a service that was not delivered as described. Refund requests are reviewed against the purchase, the service delivered and the consumer rights that apply where you live.
For purchases processed by Paddle, Paddle is the merchant of record and handles refunds under its Refund Policy. Use the support or refund link in your receipt, or visit Paddle.net and choose Request refund. You can also contact us for help locating the transaction.
For purchases processed by Paystack, contact us at the support email above. We review the request and arrange an approved refund through the payment provider.
Cancelling a subscription
A recurring subscription renews at the interval and price shown at checkout. For a Paddle subscription, use Manage subscription in your receipt or the Paddle customer portal, or request cancellation through Paddle.net.
Cancellation prevents future renewals and takes effect at the end of your paid billing period. You keep access until then. Cancelling a subscription does not, by itself, refund an earlier payment; request a refund separately if appropriate.
One-off purchases
Existing Paystack plans, a one-off founding year and one-off allowance top-ups do not renew automatically. Their remaining access or allowance follows the period and limits shown when you bought them.
Approved refunds
Approved refunds are processed by the original payment provider, using the original payment method where possible. Your bank or payment provider determines when the returned funds appear. Access to refunded plan time and unused allowances is adjusted to reflect the refund.
Your consumer rights
This policy does not remove any statutory right to withdraw, cancel or receive a refund. Mandatory consumer protections apply even where they give you more rights than this policy or the payment provider's standard terms.
