These terms cover your use of Puley. By using it, you agree to them.
What Puley does
Puley reads public web pages when you or your AI ask it to, watches the pages you name, and alerts you when they change. It never buys, books, posts or logs in anywhere for you. You decide what to do with what it tells you.
Using it fairly
- Use Puley for public pages only.
- Don't use it to harass, track or monitor a private person, or to send spam.
- Don't resell what Puley reads in bulk, or use it to copy someone else's work.
- Don't try to break, overload or get around the service's limits.
- Follow the law where you live.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Alerts
We work hard to send every alert on time, but sites change, go down or sell out in seconds. An alert can be late or missed, and we can't promise you'll get an item, an appointment or a job.
Plans and billing
The free plan costs nothing. Plus and Pro can be bought for a month or a year. They give access for the period paid for and do not renew by themselves. Checkout shows the amount in rand before you pay through Paystack. Refunds follow the law where you live.
Other sites
The pages Puley reads belong to their owners. Puley isn't affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Amazon, Walmart, Target or any other site it reads.
Our responsibility
Puley is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we're not responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll tell you by email before the change applies.
