Privacy

Puley reads public web pages for you inside ChatGPT, Claude and other AI apps, watches the ones you name, and tells you when they change. This page explains what we keep to do that, and what we never do.

What we collect

• Your account: your name, email, sign-in method and verification status.
• What you ask us to read and watch: the links, watches, reports and alert settings you create.
• How to reach you: your email address for verification, password resets and watch alerts.
• Usage records: what was read and when, so we can show your history, apply plan limits and keep the service working.
• Payments: handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your card number.

What we read

Only public pages you ask about: the same pages anyone can open without logging in. We never log into your accounts on other sites and never ask for your passwords to them.

What we never do

• Sell your data or share it with advertisers.
• Put ads or paid links in your AI's answers.
• Use your data to train AI models.
• Buy, book or post anything on your behalf.

ChatGPT, Claude and other AI apps

When you use Puley inside ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Grok, Le Chat or another AI app, that app sends us your request and receives our answer. What it keeps is covered by its own privacy policy.

Who else handles your data

netcup hosts the app and its database. Cloudflare serves the site, protects sign-up and routes incoming mail. Resend sends verification, reset and alert emails. Paystack processes payments. OpenRouter processes requests made in Puley's built-in chat. When you connect an AI app, that app also handles the requests and answers sent through it.

Your choices

You can turn alert emails off in Account or from a link in any watch email. You can delete watches and your account in Account. Account deletion removes your active reads, watches, alerts, chats, keys and sessions. Payment records remain for bookkeeping. Server database backups are kept for up to 14 days before they expire.

Children

Puley isn't for children under 13.
